David Kalenuik – Canada 35 years in international business management, finance, sales and marketing and start up of both private and public companies with 10 years in East Africa. Since December 2006, David has been actively involved with Kilimanjaro Mining Company Inc. and Lake Victoria Mining Company, Inc. in the identification, negotiation and acquisitions of mineral resource properties in Tanzania, East Africa. This has allowed him to gain priceless in country Tanzania experience. David’s strength is his ability to introduce new marketing ideas to consumers and help them understand and realize their success. This includes being the President and Co-Founder of the direct marketing companies, Larrea Biosciences Inc., SafeExplorer and Fortune in Motion. David now brings his love to create unique business models that work, his corporate vision and strategic planning to the shareholders and team of Sprout Tz. Having worked for many years in East Africa, David is very passionate about bringing business investment to Africa along with better education in business principles and productive work opportunities that can be taught to local people. He is also motivated to assist in improving the quality of life for local people by implementing sustainable solutions. David also has the talent to successfully lead people to make business vision a reality.
Ming Zhu - Canada (B.Comm, M.A.) attained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance in 1995. He has more than 20 years experience specializing in corporate finance and accounting. His portfolio includes working for multinational companies as finance manager in New York and China. He worked as a financial controller for an international trading firm before graduating from Newcastle University in UK with his Master's degree in 2003. He was a founder of a trading company before joining the management team of Kilimanjaro Mining Company, Inc.as Financial Director. From 2010, he has been serving as chief financial officer in Lake Victoria Mining Company, (OTCBB: LVCA). Both of the latest companies have allowed him to develop a working corporate and accounting knowledge of Tanzania and North America which he now brings to Sprout Tz.

Aly Lalji of Kanji Lalji Ltd. – Tanzania Aly along with his family operate Tanzania's largest logistics business and are responsible for the transportation of all types of products throughout the country. Since the 1950's, the Lalji family have operated a 904 acre coffee farm in the Mbozi district of Tanzania. David Wei Lin – Canada David is an engineer and RFID systems designer and analysis. Holding a Masters degree in engineering he has developed patented systems that are in commercial use within China. He brings a depth of knowledge for establishing traceability of each coffee bush, equipment design, development and production.
Yogesh Modhwadia – Tanzania Yogesh is the country manager for Neumann Kaffe Gruppe (www.nkg.net) in Tanzania. He holds over 30 years of work experience in all facets of the coffee industry within East Africa.
Erica Kissa – Tanzania Erica has a teaching, administrative and management background. She is passionate about helping women farmers in coffee growing in Tanzania. She brings a sensitivity to the physical and social needs of small scale farmers especially women who make up the main work force in the industry. Her passion and devotion is demonstrated in her association as the Secretary General for the Women Chamber of Commerce for Somali, Sudan and Tanzania, the Steering Commuter for African Women Entrepreneur under the Chairperson of Mrs Grace Machel Mandela and as Country Director for e-Schools African Initiative. www.eschoolsafrica.org
